Finding partners for the Prague Project Center

Our team worked to strengthen and grow the network of partners with the Prague Project Center. Our team first interviewed project center directors at WPI to identify ideal organizations for partnerships. In Prague the team interviewed current Prague Project Center partners to understand why they chose to work with WPI. The team then identified 34 potential partner organizations in Prague and developed outreach materials (brochures and presentation slides) highlighting the benefits of sponsoring a project. The team was able to generate interest among 11 potential sponsors in Prague, dramatically improving the Prague Project Center’s partnership network and establishing future sponsors of projects.
