Language Accessibility at the National Technical Museum

The goal of this project was to help the National Technical Museum in Prague improve the museum experience of foreign visitors. Our team conducted observations and distributed surveys to gain information about the museum’s language accommodations and the type of people who visit the museum. The team identified some areas of improvement and developed a list of recommendations. The team also provided demographic information of visitors to the museum. These recommendations and demographic information can further guide the museum in accommodating foreign visitors. Our final report can be found here.
