Improving Social Media Engagement with the Prague Zoo

Our team worked with Integrační Centrum Praha (ICP) to improve their funding opportunities and communications strategy. ICP helps immigrants become settled in Prague and find the resources they need. The funding at ICP relies on various organizations, and diversification of their funding would ensure continued success of their mission. Communicating with the public and other organizations is also important to make others aware of their important work of helping immigrants. We developed a funding strategy, and a communications strategy (such as social media), to provide ideas for ICP to better obtain funding.
