Improving Social Media Engagement with the Prague Zoo

Our project worked with the Prague Zoo to help improve their social media efforts. We analyzed Zoo Praha’s current social media posts to determine what content has the biggest impact. We also surveyed social media users to learn what content users best respond to. Using this information we created a plan to help the Zoo improve their social media engagement.
