Developing an English Audio Tour for the National Technical Museum

The National Technical Museum attracts visitors from many countries. Many visitors typically do not speak Czech, and our team created an English-language audio tour for the museum. We first identified exhibits that foreigners most visit. We then created audio recordings for 29 items. The audio recordings were uploaded to Spotify for easy access. We further obtained feedback through survey and discussion groups on the effectiveness of the audio tour. The audio tour and materials were then updated based on the feedback.
